In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers in the European Union may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To submit a withdrawal request, please use our EU Right of Withdrawal Request Form. You will receive confirmation upon submission, and our support team will provide return instructions within 24–48 business hours. Please do not ship products back until return instructions have been provided.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must safely package items for return. We strongly recommend using the original packaging, including all custom foam inserts and protective materials. Damage caused by inadequate packaging, missing components, or incomplete returns may result in a reduction of the refund.

Products are inspected upon arrival. If a product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, a proportional deduction may be applied based on its documented condition.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, or within 14 days of the customer providing proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. Any diminished value deductions will be based on the documented condition upon arrival.
